Enplas Verticals
Extrusion
We've been developing and perfecting polymer extrusion technology for over 3 decades. With a broad material portfolio of over 40 distinct materials, we cover most typical use cases with materials that are readily available in our inventory.
Our extruded materials can also be compounded with custom fillers to create unique composite grades.
Cast Nylons
We manufacture cast Nylon rods, sheets, and tubes in our fully automated casting facility in Bangalore, India.
Our Nylons are highly customisable, and we are able to accommodate ad-hoc requirements in terms of colours and material properties.
Machining
Our fully equipped machine shop processes plastics only. Since our materials are all produced in house, we have tight control over the machining characteristics of the materials. If a component is particularly demanding, we are also able to develop special tooling and carry out special post processing operations.
