With over 20 global patents and decades of expertise, Malema delivers advanced flow measurement and control technologies to industries where precision isn’t optional—it's essential. Their products are engineered to optimize performance, safety, and efficiency in critical process environments.
Throughout any manufacturing facility, there are vital safety and automation processes that require precision flow solutions, and flow switches play an integral part. By monitoring flow or no flow conditions within your application, flow switches can maintain production standards, protect vital equipment, and prevent waste of valuable materials.
CMP is critical to chipmaking, where precise slurry control ensures yield and reduces waste. Malema’s Coriolis and Ultrasonic Controllers, along with MIID leak-prevention tools, enable clean, accurate flow.
Malema’s Coriolis and Ultrasonic flow controllers offer precise closed-loop control for DI water, chemicals, and slurries. Designed for high-purity dosing and flow management, these controllers meet the installation needs of leading semiconductor OEMs and tool makers.
Lithography involves steps like photoresist dispensing, exposing, developing, and etching—repeated to form the chip. Malema’s PFA Ultrasonic Flow Meters ensure precise, high-purity flow control for photoresist applications, with excellent corrosion resistance.
Malema offers advanced flow meters for high-purity, chemical, semiconductor, and industrial applications to measure the flow of liquids, slurries, gases, and steam. With various technologies in our portfolio, Malema offers the best product to suite your application.
Malema’s flow switches and excess flow valves protect systems from failure and ensure consistent operation. Whether it’s cooling high-speed lasers, managing gas flows, or safeguarding sensitive equipment, Malema’s solutions keep mission-critical operations running smoothly.

The M-VF Series Safety Excess Flow Valves are engineered for fast automatic shut-off in case of line, hose or fitting failures, protecting employees, plant, and valuable instruments. The M-VF Excess Flow Valves comes in five port sizes – 1/8", 1/4", 3/8”, 1/2” and 3/4” sizes, and the option to choose a FKM or FFKM o-ring for optimal chemical compatibility.
Designed for protection of systems handling corrosive, toxic, radioactive and flammable materials; the excess flow valve will instantly detect surge in the system and stop fluid flow. When the line break is repaired and pressure is equalized in the system, the excess flow valve will open to allow the fluid to flow through the system. The M-VF Series Excess Flow Valve operates effectively with all fluids, liquids or gasses.
