Established in 2019, Stellar Technoforge is a family-owned precision machining company built around a clear mission: delivering ready-to-assemble machined components made from bar stock, forgings, and castings. Operating from a 5,577 sq. mtr facility with 32% spare capacity, the company is led by mechanical engineering partners with 40+ years of combined experience, and is ISO 9001:2015 certified with a 99% delivery performance record across 450+ products developed.
Stellar serves the Automobile, Tractor & Agriculture, General Engineering, Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Oil & Gas, and Earth Moving Equipment sectors, with end customers including Tata, Mahindra, CNH Industrial, and Bonfiglioli. Their capability spans in-house forging (up to 350 mm diameter, 25 kg per piece) and CNC turning and VMC machining (100 to 10,000 pieces/month, tolerances to 10 microns), backed by APQP/PPAP/FMEA product development processes. Secondary processes — heat treatment, plating, coating, and nitriding — are managed through qualified outsourced partners, with in-house quality assurance via ZEISS and Mitutoyo precision instruments.

Machining
Machining
CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, and conventional lathes and mills — handling both small precision runs and volume production from 100 to 10,000 pieces a month. Turning precision to 10 microns, with in-house tool and fixture design for faster sample development and ramp-up.
Forging
Machining
In-house hammer forging for components up to Ø350mm and 25kg, supported by induction heating for faster, cleaner heats with minimal scaling. Secondary processes — heat treatment, plating, and finishing — are coordinated through qualified partners.
